About

A life shaped by
care, creation,
and clarity.

I am a voice of encouragement and a guide for women navigating seasons of change, especially in moments that reshape identity, stretch capacity, and call for something deeper within. My work is centred on care, confidence, and becoming. It speaks to women who are learning to hold space for others without losing themselves in the process.

MyJourney

I have always been drawn to growth, reinvention, and becoming. My journey has not followed a single path, but has unfolded through different seasons—each shaping how I see, serve, and understand women today. Returning to study Events Management at the University of Greenwich, England, at 49, and earning a First Class BA Honours was one of those defining moments. It reflected a willingness to evolve, even when it meant starting again. That same discipline and creativity carried into my work as an Events Strategist, expressing creativity in a different form, and later went on to build Intimately Mine—a brand centred on confidence, comfort, and feminine expression. It explores the intersection of identity, softness, and structure — where confidence is not performed, but lived. A brand that designs and provides fundamental undergarments that are not only functional, but fit appropriately and comfortably for larger cup-sized women.

Over time, my path expanded in a more personal direction. A deep desire to support women, particularly new mothers, led me into my work as a newborn care specialist—offering guidance, reassurance, and practical support during the early weeks of motherhood. There were moments of stretching, moments of quiet questioning and moments where I had to rediscover who I was beyond the roles I carried. And in those spaces, I found something lasting—a deeper clarity, a steadier confidence, and a renewed sense of identity. But beyond the titles and transitions, what has remained constant is this: A desire to grow, to evolve, and to live with intentionality. Each season—both visible and unseen—has played a role in shaping the work I do today.

"Tough love isn't harsh — it is steady, intentional, and deeply rooted in care."

A Calling
Shaped by Care

Alongside this work, I serve as a newborn care specialist, supporting new mothers through one of the most tender and demanding seasons of their lives. My work is rooted in both professional training and a deep understanding of the transitions women walk through. As a certified newborn care specialist, I offer practical, non-medical support to help you feel more confident, and ease in the early weeks.

This path is deeply personal. It was born out of a genuine desire to care for and support new mums, especially in moments where they may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or alone.

In my own journey, some experiences stretched my understanding of motherhood and quietly reshaped what that season looked like for me. And from that place, a deeper compassion was formed — a calling emerged to stand in the gap, to nurture, and to offer the kind of support that is both practical and deeply human. This work is not separate from who I am. It is an extension of it.

A Natural Gift

Over time, I came to recognise something that had always been present in me— a natural inclination to listen, to empathise, and to encourage. I have often found myself supporting others in their most vulnerable moments— offering words that bring clarity, reassurance, and a sense of relief. It is not something I learned, but something I have carried for a long time. Alongside this, I have a deep desire to see others grow into the fullness of who they are—to become confident in themselves, not by comparison, but by understanding their own journey. Having walked through my own seasons of growth and rediscovery, I offer guidance not from theory, but from lived experience.

Why This Work
Matters

I know how easy it is for women, especially in seasons like early motherhood, to become so focused on caring for others that they slowly lose sight of themselves. Not suddenly, but gradually. This work exists to interrupt that loss gently — and to remind you that:

You are still there

You are still becoming

Your identity is not lost — it is evolving

What I Offer

Through my writing, reflections, and hands-on support, I offer:

Thoughtful Guidance

Rooted in lived experience, not theory.

Gentle Encouragement

For navigating change with grace and clarity.

Practical Support

For new mothers through hands-on newborn care.

Rebuilding Confidence

Insight for reconnecting with your identity.

A Space to Pause

To reflect and reconnect with yourself.

This is not about perfection.
It is about honesty, growth, and returning — again and again — to who you truly are.

Grounded in
Faith

At the heart of it all is my faith. I believe that God works in every season, not only in the visible progress, but in the quiet, unseen moments where transformation is taking place. My perspective is shaped by this truth, which is:

That even in uncertainty, there is purpose… and in every stage, there is grace.

Looking
Ahead

As this work continues to grow, my vision extends beyond individual support — toward communities that are often unseen, and mothers who go without.

Rural Baby

Project Rural Baby is a future initiative close to my heart, focused on extending care, education, and support to mothers and babies in underserved communities.

More details will be shared in time, but at its core, it is rooted in one belief:

That every mother deserves support.
And every child deserves a strong, cared-for beginning.

A Personal Note

If you find yourself here, feeling stretched, evolving, or quietly searching for clarity, you are not alone. There is space for you here — a space shaped by care, lived experience, and a quiet commitment to helping women become whole, confident and at home within themselves.

A Space To

Breathe.

Reflect.

Return to yourself, one step at a time.

This is about how
you live,
not just what you do.

Whether you are navigating motherhood, rediscovering yourself, or stepping into a new phase of life — her work is designed to meet you with clarity and direction.
